What you can do in SSEC Care.
Ask for service. Raise a service request against a specific machine in a few taps — installation, breakdown, preventive maintenance, AMC visit or spare part.
See your machines. Every SSECPL machine you own listed in one place — model, serial number, installation date, warranty status and service history.
Access documentation. Manuals, electrical drawings, GA drawings, warranty documents and SOPs available on the machine's page, downloadable to your phone.
Track the service call. See when the ticket has been received, which technician is assigned, when they are on their way, and when the job is complete — with the digital service report attached.
Order spare parts. Request spares against a specific machine so the correct part number, revision and quantity are captured the first time.
Get help before you need service. Access DIY guidance, first-check videos and SOPs so simple issues can be resolved without a service visit.
